Buccos First Sweep over Marlins since '05

Yesterday the Pirates took the 3rd game in a row from the league best Florida Marlins...In front of 10,000 Bucco faithfuls, on a cold april afternoon, Paul Maholm got the W which brings him to 3-0 on the young season...The Pirates are now 9-6 and have people thinking what if this is their season to go out and win 82. The pirates will be able to score runs throughout the entire season, but I think that the biggest part for them to be successful is the starting pitching...The top 3-Maholm-Snell-Duke all must go atleast 6+...Karstens needs to throw less pitches...Ohlendorf its too early to tell what he will make of his first full season with the buccos. All in all after 2+ weeks there is alot to be said about the first month of the MLB season.
